ICCS Practitioner Network

Great practitioners should not have to build alone.

ICCS is developing a collaborative practitioner model designed to help coaches and consultants focus on excellent client work while benefiting from professional community, shared infrastructure, development, cross-referrals, and opportunities to participate in larger engagements.

We are particularly interested in professionals whose work complements leadership development, organizational development, career coaching, communication, team effectiveness, facilitation, operations, process improvement, project/program management, change management, and mission-driven organizations.

ICCS practitioners are expected to remain within their professional scope and refer clients to properly qualified legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, clinical, or other specialists when needed.

A Better Way to Practice

Infrastructure. Opportunity. Development. Community.

Infrastructure
Professional brand, contracting, invoicing, shared resources, and business support.
Opportunity
Internal referrals, organizational engagements, and collaboration across specialties.
Development
Professional growth, shared learning, standards, mentoring, and peer support.
Community
A professional home for practitioners who do not want to operate as isolated lone wolves.
