Todd Wargo is a leadership and organizational development coach and consultant whose career has crossed technology, operations, administration, finance, human resources, facilities, strategic planning, project management, customer service, ministry, and executive leadership.

A recurring theme throughout his career has been helping people with different perspectives understand one another, clarify what they are trying to accomplish, and build practical solutions that move the organization forward.

His work today focuses on developing stronger leaders and stronger organizations through coaching, consulting, facilitation, strategy, operations, and purposeful growth.
